Yes to all of those, I've not had any issues with bags touching the anova or sides of a container. Just make sure that there is water circulating on all sides of your baggie..

Bacon is cured and so it doesn't hold the dangerous bacteria that most raw meats hold. Not the greatest idea to eat raw but nothing to worry about cross contamination wise. Pshhh, nah dude, it's fine. Bacon isn't even very dangerous if eaten completely raw, much less this incidental contact..

In the case of bacon, since it is a cured and refrigerated product, it's very unlikely for it to have harmful bacteria on it, so cross contamination is not likely, but washing your hands is still a good habit, and there's no real reason not to continue with good safety habits..
